Dariia Melnykova is licenced to practice law in Ukraine, where she focuses her practice on international commercial and investment arbitration, cross-border litigation, and civil disputes, including recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. She has experience assisting on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters involving foreign investors, state-owned enterprises, and international commercial parties.
